We have provided interim general management and trained local managers and supervisors of overseas pulp and paper mills in the theory and practice of fine papermaking and in the basic concepts of Quality Management.

We have introduced management systems and improved product quality to obtain continuous production within two months, following a history of intermittent production and unacceptable quality standards.

We have also advised and assisted in:

  • The introduction of the international quality standard ISO 9000 and its implementation.
  • Implementation of Statistical Quality Control and the training of all relevant employees in the concept.
  • Preparation and introduction of written Standard Operating Procedures for the entire process and for pulp and paper testing.
  • Management structure and the recruitment of senior staff.
